As a 1st Line Service Desk Agent will provide customer support to the clients of the company.

You will be responsible for:

-Handling the client’s queries and complaints by phone, mail and fax
-Introducing all the information in the internal CRM system
-Tracking and escalating the incidents properly
-Managing the information cycle until the correct solution of assigned incidents
-Handling and documenting customer complaints according to external and internal guidelines

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications and experience:

Qualifications:

-Education level of vocational training and/or college.
-Native level of Dutch or Turkish
-An excellent level of English

Experience:

-One year of experience in a similar Customer Service role

-Initially 6 month contract + 6 with the possibility of permanent incorporation depending on your performance.
