Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector for home appliances.

As a Team Leader for the French Inbound Sales team, your main tasks will be the following:

- Manage a team of 10 sales agents in a target driven environment.
- Ensure achievement of targets within the team (sales and quality) as well as service levels.
- Drive a sales culture.
- Create a development plan for the individuals in the team and keep track of their performance with periodical reviews and one to ones.
- Hold daily team briefs.
- Conduct monthly reports on performance.
- Coaching sessions.

- Native level of French, fluent level of English, Spanish is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience leading sales teams in a call center environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and highly organized.
- Autonomous decision maker.
- Good command of Excel.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques, performance reviews and motivating teams.

- Salary of 27K gross per year plus monthly bonus based on your results
