Our client company is a leading cybersecurity firm, specialized in delivering innovative SaaS solutions and managed security services across Europe.

The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with value-added resellers (VARs) across Spain. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong sales expertise, and the ability to grow the company’s presence in a new market.

Key Responsibilities

-Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new VARs to expand the network in target regions.
-Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners.
-Sales Strategy: Define and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through the VAR network.
-Training & Support: Provide sales training and ongoing support to VARs to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
-Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
-Performance Monitoring: Track VAR performance and implement improvement plans when needed.
-Collaboration: Work closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive market expansion.

-Experience: 7–10 years in channel sales or business development, preferably in SaaS and/or managed security services. Proven track record in growing VAR networks.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA is a plus.
-Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS and managed security solutions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
-Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages relevant to target regions are a plus.
-Travel: Willingness to travel across Spain and occasionally to international events.
