The company is responsible for the production and distribution of gases in the medical and industrial fields. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Lead for our Self Service Center in Porto.

·You will manage a backoffice team for the Dutch market
·Ensure that processes are in place, are followed and up to date
·You will be responsible to ensure that the team handles customers complaints and address to the right department
·Able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with business partners, business units, customers and other departments
· Responsible to follow team results, KPI's and make sure that they are sustainable
·You will have monthly escalation meetings

· You have University Degree or minimum Secondary High school complete
· You speak Dutch (Native/ Fluent) and basic level of English
· Knowledge of SAP and Office
· Experience managing teams (minimum 1 year) and also experience at Customer Service
