In your day-to-day:

- You will provide customer support regarding online orders in the German market, via e-mail, tickets and phone
- You will ensure order book management and keep a track record
- You will manage returns and claims
- You will track deliveries and report any delays
- You will process damage reports
- You will collaborate with other departments

You're the right person if:

- You're fluent in German
- You have 3+ years of experience in customer support, sales or logistics
- You've completed mandatory education level or vocational studies
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, and SAP CRM - Business Objects
- You have order management experience (plus)
- You have advanced command of English (written and spoken)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You're highly customer-oriented
- You have good problem-solving skills
