Headquartered in Montcada I Reixac (Barcelona) offers 6.000 m2 of space divided over offices, service department and warehouse.
We are recruiting for our client a Commercial Customer Service Clerk with Excellent level of Italian, French and English. This person will be responsible for the company billing/invoicing and for providing service to international client via phone, web and e-mail, receiving requests and finding solutions to them.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills.
Qualifications:
-Administrative background education
-IT knowledge (Office package - Excel)
-Excellent level of Italian and French.
-Fluent in English
Experience:
-5 years of previous experience in customer service/administration field into a multinational environment.
-Experience in the Retail industry is a plus.
