Small, familiar company in Palma de Mallorca, on the Nautic Leisure field.

The person for this post will be a self-starter who can assist the Office Manager both in general office management and accounting duties.

Its responsibilities include: data entry, accounts payable monitoring, office supplies and materials purchasing, shipping organization, stock management, tax returns and other general office administration tasks.

Should be experienced in registering for taxes by him/herself without the need of a third company.

The ability to work without supervision and a proactive attitude are essential.

- Accounting or Business Administration studies/training
- Experience in registering for taxes
- Knowledge of Spanish Fiscal laws is essential
- Proficient in English Spanish (written and spoken)
- IT Competent
- Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software an advantage.
