Our client is an eyewear brand with progressive international expansion.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for:
-Answering to general customer inquiries
-Monitoring order progress
-Ensuring that customer promised times are met within set time-scales and to agreed standards
-Providing an order management function to support the company’s day to day business including order tracking, delivery co-ordination, maintenance of customer data and supplier management
-Collecting debts
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
-Native level of Italian and excellent level of French
-Spanish or English would be a plus
-Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Good knowledge of how to handle Internet based applications
Experience
-A minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
-Typically has a good amount of experience in Back office and Administrative environments
Skills
-You have good communication skills, are customer oriented and service minded
-Up to date knowledge of new technologies and SAP Business One would be an asset
-6 month contract with real possibility to go permanent
