Our client is a Multinational Company specialized in manufacturing and selling security systems for businesses all around Europe.

You will be in charge of the full delivery cycle:taking and processing orders, doing the follow-up and update.

Functions:

You will be in charge of the full delivery cycle: taking and processing orders, doing the follow-up and update.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Plan service call and installations from customers
-Manage installation and reinstallations orders with technicians and subcontractors
-Coordination with technicians and other department of the company
-Organized, planify, answer the demand of the client
-Established the installation date: contact with the customer, with the Sales department, and Field Service.
-Release material
-Confirm and verify installations and service calls
-Prepare all documents for billing
-Submit to billing department
-Follow-up

We are looking for candidates with the following skills, qualifications and experience:

Qualifications

-Fluent level of Dutch
-Intermediate level of Spanish

Experience

-Customer Service experiences
-Strong billing and order management expertise

Skills

-SAP knowledge on SD processes
-MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Soft Skills:
-Excellent Communication skills.
-Ability to work in a team environment.
-Flexibility, excellent organization
-Customer service orientation
-Excellent social skills
