• Work Schedule:
• Flexible start between 8:00 and 9:30 AM
• One-hour lunch break
• Finish between 5:00 and 6:30 PM
• About the Role
• We are hiring professionals who are native or advanced in English, with a B1 level of Spanish and a university degree.
• As a business developer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions.
• Key Responsibilities
• You will manage and develop client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• You will handle and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions.
• You will collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and customer support) to optimize service.
• You will follow up on contracts and manage documentation to ensure compliance.
• You will analyze customer needs and provide tailored advice on our products and services.
