Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support in diffusion coating processes, ensuring that equipment and procedures comply with safety and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

. Provide technical assistance in coating processes and related technologies.

• Develop and update safety instructions and technical procedures.
• Create and maintain technical and operating manuals.
• Apply an Agile approach to the new product introduction process.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO9001, AS9100).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, or similar).
• Three years of experience in engineering, preferably in the aerospace or industrial gas turbine sectors.
• Knowledge of surface treatment processes (desirable).
• Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, and APQP.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team.
• Availability to travel to the USA and England
