What will you do?

• As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support in diffusion coating processes, ensuring that equipment and procedures comply with safety and quality standards.
• Main Responsibilities:
• . Provide technical assistance in coating processes and related technologies.
• · Develop and update safety instructions and technical procedures.
• · Create and maintain technical and operating manuals.
• · Apply an Agile approach to the new product introduction process.
• · Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO9001, AS9100).
• · Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.

Who we look for

• · Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, or similar).
• · Three years of experience in engineering, preferably in the aerospace or industrial gas turbine sectors.
• · Knowledge of surface treatment processes (desirable).
• · Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, and APQP.
• · Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• · Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team.
• · Availability to travel to the USA and England
