On 1st July, Cande Krause, until now Talent's Chief Operating Officer, was appointed Chief Executive Officer, therefore from now on, she will be responsible for leading the Talent Search People project.
We are extremely excited to share with you that Cande Krause has been appointed CEO of the company. She joined the company as a Tech Recruiter 9 years ago and since then Cande has shown a clear capacity for leadership, professionalism, passion and empathy, which has led Jose Manuel Nogueras and Jan Van Schaik, co-founders of Talent Search People, to trust her to continue leading the project that was born 14 years ago.
After her first two years as an Tech Recruiter, Cande managed the business unit of Native Speakers, a division that specializes in multilingual profiles for which we are considered pioneers in Iberia. Three years later, having achieved the established objectives, she carried out a 6-month Interim Management project in Talent Madrid. There, her objective was to unify and implement strategies, procedures and develop a common business vision in the different offices of the group.
Back in Barcelona, Cande developed the International business line, with special focus on the Portuguese market. Shortly after this, she assumed the Operations management of Talent Search People, responsibility that she has been undertaking up until last 1st July.
In Cande’s perspective it is clear that Talent’s future project is based mainly on three points: digital transformation; teamwork and recognition of each and every person who is part of the team; and maintaining the essence and DNA that defines us from day one.
