Our client is the challenger on the Belgian telecom market, offering a wide range of services such as fixed and mobile telephony, Internet and digital TV.

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:
• Maintaining quality, result, and service level standards.
• Providing information on account balances, turnover details, refusals of payment
transactions, processing of complaints and other issues related to the use of the credit card.
• Receipt and pre-check of requests for instalment payments, limit increases or product
replacements, including preparation of the decision by the relevant specialist department.
• Carrying out customer call-backs in the case of special events or on a case-by-case basis due
to incoming customer correspondence.
• Supporting the back-office team in written processing as required.

- Preferably have experience in a call center.
- Analytical ability, problem-solving thinking and a healthy dose of empathy are necessary in a customer service environment.
- You enjoy helping people and can handle situations where patience and customer focus are key.

Working hours
- Shifts will be split Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm and Saturday between 9am and 6pm
- Your hours will always be spread over 5 days.
