On this occasion, one of our clients — Doctoralia (Docplanner Group), a global leader in the healthtech sector — is looking to hire a Strategic Projects Manager (AI) to join their innovation team.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role focused on validating new ideas, running experiments, and developing AI-driven products that deliver real value to patients, doctors, and clinics.
-Contribute to the creation and development of new AI-driven products and ventures, from ideation to initial scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, UX, Business) to design, validate, and refine solutions.
- Design and execute business and product experiments to test new ideas and market opportunities.
- Engage directly with customers, users, and partners to gather feedback and validate hypotheses.
- Analyze product usage data and user insights to generate actionable recommendations.
- Explore and experiment with AI and LLM tools, identifying new use cases and improvement opportunities.
- Lead strategic initiatives combining high-level thinking with hands-on execution.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and execution-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments:
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Operations, Consulting, or similar roles.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
-Experience in customer research, validation of ideas, and running experiments.
-Hands-on mindset, with the ability to switch between strategy and execution.
-Strong project management skills, with a structured and results-oriented approach.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-Native Spanish and fluent English (B2+ minimum).
Nice to have:
- Experience or interest in AI, Machine Learning, or LLM-based tools.
