As a Strategy Associate, you will be reporting to the General Management, responsible for supporting the strategic planification and monitoring of the internal execution, from definition to implementation, being responsible for the optimization of the overall business performance and organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for:
- You will support the Executive Committee on the yearly elaboration of our Strategic Plan from the analysis to the definition of initiatives, storytelling and elaboration of presentations; all in collaboration with the Finance area. Support and guide senior executive on the decision-making processes.
- You will lead the business performance follow-up on a regular basis and improve the process, when needed. Identify spots for improvement and provide recommendations in terms of new actions or initiatives for improvement.
- You will ensure coherence of the data, while keep pushing a data-based culture within the organization.
- You will give support on other strategic or transformational projects for the company. Conduct specific research or analysis on demand.
- You will interact with our Headquarters to provide reporting, understand and align global criteria/guidelines and/or exchange good practices.

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- You have a degree in Business / Engineering or similar.
- You have 4 or more years’ experience in a business focused similar role, either in a recognized Management Consulting Company (Big 4 preferred) or in a strategic planning role within a multinational company.
- Demonstrated track record in the elaboration of plans to achieve an organization’s mid and long- term goals; effective interaction with Senior Executives; and outstanding presentation skills.
- Ability to identify, interact and manage key stakeholders within the different levels of a multinational environment in an autonomous way. The role will be shared for Spain and South European Region.
- You speak a high level of English, French is a plus.
- Strong capacity to understand new environments.
- Capacity to interact with Senior Executives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- Flexible mindset, proactivity and passion about business development and digital ecosystems.
