One of our clients a global leader in FMCG is currently seeking to hire an a Senir Brand Manager (Maternity Leave)

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a key brand within the portfolio, defining the local strategy (short and long term), driving market and consumer analyses, leading innovation projects, managing the assigned budget, and coordinating the implementation of media strategies and brand activations.
This role reports to the Marketing Manager and plays a central role in building and executing the annual marketing plan.

Main Responsibilities:
- Understand the category and the brand under local responsibility.
- Define and implement the local brand strategy (short and long term).
- Conduct deep monthly analyses (sell‑in, sell‑out, consumer data), identify key insights, business opportunities, and define action plans.
- Monitor the brand’s main KPIs.
- Contribute to the annual brand review and country marketing plan, including:
Product innovation and renovation
Media and communication strategy
Pricing strategy
Promotional activities to drive sales and category growth
- Participate in strategic innovation projects.
- Define and accurately manage the approved brand budget.
- Implement and monitor the annual media strategy with the global team and agencies (TV, OLV, social media, influencers…).
- Lead local BTL activations to enhance brand equity.
-Contribute to the annual category plan.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at both local and global levels to ensure effective collaboration.

- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Department within FMCG.
- Strong strategic thinking.
- Business School BAC+5 or equivalent (ESC, Engineering School, Master’s degree).
- Experience across all marketing levers: product development, media activation, pricing, POS activities.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects.
- Leadership and drive to lead new initiatives.
- French & English required; native French is compulsory. Spanish or Italian is a plus.
