As a Customer Service Agent with French, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by consistently providing solutions.
During your day to day:
- You will handle calls/emails in English and French
- You will manage cases about online orders or reservations
- You will collaborate with other departments
- You will handle complaints and general queries
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have a fluent level of French
- You have a B2+ level of English
- You're motivated to work in Customer care (B2C)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You're both customer-oriented and detail-oriented
- You're focused on reaching your goals
- You have good problem-solving skills
