During your day you will...
- You will provide assistance by phone, email or chat for simple and complex customer questions that have an impact on the company's performance.
- You will guide customers through the online store.
- You will ensure that customer data received is stored accurately and on time.
- Transfer requests to the appropriate department.
You're the person we're looking for if...
- You have a high school diploma
- You are able to communicate effectively by telephone and e-mail with customers on a daily basis.
- You have a C2 level in French and B2 in English.
-You are proactive and determined to respond quickly to actions.
- You have a basic knowledge of SAP and Office tools.
- You are able to work as part of a results-oriented team.
- You are ready to take on new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project.
- You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.
