As an HR Manager, you will be reporting to the Director of Administration and Finance.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage the Talent Areas
- Responsible for drafting new policies
- Operate as a trusted advisor to the management team
- Production of monthly analysis
- Maintain office and HR budgets. Negotiating with suppliers
- Excellent level of English and Spanish
- Another European language will be a plus (German, Dutch, French, Italian, etc )
Education Experience
- Previous experience in Retail
- Experience within an international environment is a plus
