Shipment Officer

In your day-to-day:

○ You will ensure the planning and optimization of the orders' preparation
○ You will act as interface between Customer Service, operational teams and carriers
○ You will coordinate the preparation and consolidation of shipments according to the shipping dates
○ You will perform computer consolidation of orders
○ You will prepare and edit export documentation (for carriers and customs)
○ You will choose carriers according to optimal rates
○ You will manage transport incidents
○ You will provide transport quotations
○ You will update the status of prepared orders on a daily basis

You're the person we're looking for if:

○ You have experience as a Logistics Operator, Shipment Officer or similar
○ You have a native level of Spanish and a B2 level of English
○ You have a degree in International Trade or Logistics
○ You have a good knowledge of International Trade and customs legislation
○ You have experience preparing export documentation
○ You have a good command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel...) + with at least one ERP
○ You're flexible and can easily adapt to new processes and tools
○ You have great problem-solving skills and are proactive in proposing solutions
○ You have excellent communication skills and are resilient
