The client is an outsourcing French company (operating as a call center) located in Barcelona, with more than 16 production sites over different countries.
You will be a Customer service agent and you will have to give assistance for the Dutch market. You will work on a project for a client in the sector of a theme park in France
You are a good match if:
- You have a native level of Dutch.
- You can speak English in a high level.
- You are customer oriented.
- You are comfortable to communicate through phone calls.
- You are patient and respectful.
What do we offer?
- You will have a permanent contract.
- You will work Monday to Saturday (2 weekends off per month and even 3 days in a row.)
- You will work from 9h to 20h. (1 week morning, 1 week afternoon.)
- You will work in the very nice area of Poblenou, in Barcelona.
- You will get 22K plus 2000 bonus.
