• What You Will Do:
• You will receive incoming customer calls (via phone, email, voicemail, chat, or other automated alerts).
• You will resolve customer inquiries and demands quickly and efficiently.
• You will provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer.
• You will maintain consistent and friendly communication with users to ensure their satisfaction.
• You will document and manage cases in the company's systems.
• You will proactively work towards continuously improving the customer experience.

¿A quién buscamos?

• What You Have:
• Native Dutch and fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• A proactive, customer-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles is a plus but not required.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

• What You Will Get:
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with rotating shifts. One week you will work the morning shift , and the following week you will work the afternoon shift (8:00 AM to 8.00 PM). Sundays off.
• Location: 100% on-site in Barcelona.
• Salary: €22,000 per year + bonus of up to €2,000.
