Where are you going to travel?
Our client is a publicly traded, global life sciences leader focused on restoring daily life by advancing clinical technology to improve patients’ smiles, function, and confidence. You will be based in Cornellà de Llobregat, Spain, working in a dynamic and collaborative international environment.

 

What will be your day-to-day?
As a Customer Service Representative DACH (M/F/D), you will:

- Answer all incoming phone calls, providing technical information and/or placing orders into the system to meet customer expectations.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve their issues by providing product and service information, serving as a liaison between customers and different departments.
- Control stock and back orders, follow up on deliveries, and process returned items, ensuring clients receive their needed items on time while complying with company policies.
- Set up new accounts, maintain records, and perform related administrative duties to ensure all data is accurate.

You are the perfect match if:
You have:

- At least 2 years of experience in a high-end customer service role, ideally in a customer-facing position.
- Experience working with operative systems.
- Some knowledge of the medical device industry (a plus).
- Native-level German (mandatory).
