Our client is a world leader in residential swimming pool equipment and is well-established in over 60 other countries since 1925.
In your day-to-day:
○ You'll be responsible for answering customer requests and assessing their needs (by email and phone)
○ You'll be proactively informing them about their orders and tracking them until delivery
○ You'll ensure the entry of quotations and orders
○ You'll solve incidents related to orders and claims
○ You'll ensure order management on their ERP
○ You'll monitor the product availability to supply orders within the agreed period
○ You'll help customers with basic technical assistance
○ You'll provide support in the transport logistics coordination
○ You'll be cross-selling: offering other products once an order is received
You're the person we're looking for if:
○ You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
○ You have at least a C1 level of French and English
○ You have a general knowledge of export documentation (BL, AWB, DUA, Certificates of origin, Cash against documents and Letters of Credit)
○ You work with MS Office Suite and an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus)
○ You're highly customer-focused
○ You're flexible and can adapt easily to new processes and tools
○ You have excellent communication skills and great problem-solving skills (providing creative solutions)
○ You're a team player, and have a proactive attitude
○ You're an analytical person, with attention to detail
